Managing Conflict
The ability to manage conflict is an important workplace skill. When managed in a respectful, positive way, conflict offers an opportunity to strengthen relationships and navigate problems. The key is to learn how to manage it in a healthy way. In this workshop, we will examine what conflict is, approaches to managing it, how to select the most appropriate way of managing it, your preferred approach to it, how to manage yourself during conflict, and how to influence your team to develop a more productive approach to conflict.
