Program Overview
This powerful experiential learning program was designed by health leaders for health leaders. Based on the LEADS in a Caring Environment framework, this program provides a strong foundation upon which individuals can grow their leadership.
Program participants will have the opportunity to learn with and from other leaders, as they reflect on their leadership strengths and opportunities for growth. They will be exposed to a variety of concepts, frameworks, tools, and experiential activities designed to promote a deeper awareness of self and an enhanced ability to engage others, develop coalitions and reimagine health systems through action learning.
The learning experiences in this program will support leaders to grow both personally and professionally, enhancing their ability to make meaningful health system change by reimagining their leadership and integrating the care they have for those they serve with the care they have for their teams and partners.
As part of this program, participants will complete a LEADS 360 Assessment and Debriefing with a LEADS Certified Coach.
