Giving and Receiving Feedback: Creating a Feedback Culture
Giving and receiving feedback is an important workplace skill, and key to enabling each of us to reach our full potential. In this practical, interactive program, learners will learn how to support others with effective, constructive feedback and to make seeking and receiving feedback from others an important part of their own growth and development.

Sarah is an honest and caring leader with a passion for creating meaningful experiences. She currently serves as the Manager of Organizational Development and Learning at St. Joseph's Health Centre Guelph. With over two decades of experience, Sarah has held diverse client-focused roles in public education, non-profits, and municipal government. Sarah's educational background includes a diploma in Human Resources Management, alongside degrees in Environmental Health and Education, and a master's degree in Leadership and Community Engagement. An enthusiastic learner, Sarah continually seeks out workshops and literature to enhance her ability to support individuals and organizations effectively.
