In today’s society, there remains a lack of awareness, and sometimes bias, regarding mental health problems. This wellness session presented by Homewood Health will assist participants in enhancing their understanding of the personal and environmental factors that can have an impact on mental health, the common signs and symptoms of mental health troubles, and the most appropriate prevention and intervention strategies.

Facilitators

Jen Archibald (she/her)

Jen Archibald runs a psychotherapy and executive coaching practice helping adults improve their personal well-being and professional performance. She has been coaching employees on workplace wellness for 10 years. Her previous career was in corporate marketing, and she worked for 8 years with a Fortune 300. She has an MA in Counselling Psychology and bachelor’s degrees in psychology and commercial studies. She lives in Hamilton with her family and their cats.
