Program Overview

Many of us use the beginning of a new year to renew our commitment to living a healthier lifestyle, but how often are these resolutions kept? This session will examine what wellness means and provides simple steps to help participants set their own health goals and keep them on track for achieving their personal definitions of wellness.


Tami Murray, M.S.W.

Tami completed an honours degree in Social Work in 2008 and a Masters in degree in Social Work in 2011 from Western University. She is registered with the Ontario College of Social Work and a member of the National Social Workers Association. Tami’s clinical approach supports best practice perspectives and a client centered focus. She has extensive training and experience in the areas of mental health assessments and interventions that support compassionate effective results.

Members of SJHCG staff, physicians and volunteers.


By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

Create their own definition of wellness
Layout the steps needed to set their own health goals
Renew their commitment to a healthier lifestyle
